How do I order a chameleon?

Simply place your order through our website, and we’ll process it and get your chameleon ready for shipping. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your order. We will never ship your cham without verifying the delivery date and Fedex Ship Center location with you first.

What kind of chameleons do you offer?

We offer carpet chameleons that are at least three months of age and of a size that they are ready for their forever home. All of our chameleons are raised individually from birth in fully planted bioactive habitats.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we only need your zip code, phone, and email address to coordinate delivery. We will only ship to your nearest Fedex Ship Center. This ensures your chameleon spends minimal time in transit and ships from a climate controlled facility to a climate controlled facility. See terms and conditions for further information.

Do you offer any guarantees on the chameleons?

Yes, we guarantee live and healthy arrival for all chameleons. Any issues must be reported within one hour of pickup with video evidence. See terms and conditions for further information.
