Feel confident in your transactions with my secure ordering system, available directly on my website. Whether you prefer PayPal or wish to use your debit or credit card, I've got you covered. Please note that I do not accept any other forms of payment.

Shipping Details

We only use FedEx Priority Overnight through the Reptiles Express service to ensure a secure and reliable shipping process for your reptile. We will handle all aspects of shipping, requiring only your zip code, phone number, and email address to coordinate delivery. We only ship to a FedEx Ship Center nearest you for pick up from a climate-controlled facility. This not only makes pickup more convenient for you, but also reduces the time your animal spends in transit.

Shipping costs will be a flat rate of $65 for shipping and handling. This applies across the continental United States, for up to two animals purchased. If you wish to purchase more than two animals per order, please contact us beforehand for a shipping quote.

We will carefully package your animal in a fully insulated and cushioned box. Depending on weather conditions, we will include a heat pack, cool pack, or Phase 22 pack to regulate internal temperatures when necessary to ensure your animal's safety and comfort.

We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We avoid shipping on Thursdays as a FedEx-caused delay could extend transit to over the weekend. Weather conditions may affect shipping. We are committed to delivering your animal promptly, however, the health of the animal is our priority. We will always confirm shipping details, and the nearest Ship Center location, with you before shipping your animal.

We will provide you with a FedEx tracking link once your shipment is ready, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your package until it reaches the nearest Ship Center location.

Live & Healthy Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that every animal you purchase from Out on a Limb Chameleons will arrive alive and in good health. It is important to note that I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or mishandling by FedEx. Our live arrival guarantee requires that your package must be shipped to a FedEx Ship Center, where it will be held until you are ready to pick it up. This precaution minimizes the time the animal spends on a delivery truck under uncontrolled conditions, ensuring the safest possible shipping method and the only one through which we can guarantee live arrival.

While incidents of death or injury during shipping are extremely rare, should such an unfortunate event occur, please notify me via email within one hour of delivery. I require video evidence to substantiate any claims of a deceased animal. In the unfortunate circumstance that this occurs, we will work with you to resolve the situation to the agreement of both parties. It's essential to understand that this policy is in place to address rare occurrences. We have a 100% shipping success rate and we always prioritize the health of the animal. We will never proceed with shipping without agreeing on a date with the customer and ensuring that weather conditions fall within acceptable ranges.

Deposits & Cancellations

We do not accept deposits, offer payment plans, or keep a waitlist. Out on a Limb Chameleons may consider rare exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If a deposit is made, it is nonrefundable without any exceptions, and we do not allow order cancellations.

Acquiring a living animal is a significant long-term responsibility that should be approached responsibly. You should already have your habitat completed and have been monitoring parameters for at least two weeks prior to acquiring the animal. If you choose not to proceed with the purchase after payment is rendered, Out on a Limb Chameleons is not responsible for refunding the money.

In rare cases of emergencies, we may consider order cancellations, but will require a 25% nonrefundable deposit deduction from the total purchase price. This consideration is made on an individual basis, and Out on a Limb Chameleons is not obligated to allow cancellations under any circumstances.

By placing an order with Out on a Limb Chameleons, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
